Please use the "book now" button to see my most up to date pricing. As of January 2026, the Psychologists' Association of Alberta (PAA) recommends a fee of $235 per 50 minute session for individual, couple, or family therapy. Many private practitioners follow these guidelines, with fees for Certified Canadian Counsellors often ranging from $180 to $220 per session. Appointments will be 50 minutes or 80 minutes in duration, at an agreed upon frequency. Session documentation and other work to support treatment will occur in the final 10 minutes that make up the allotted appointment time.

The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without cancelling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be required to pay for the session. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions; thus, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your appointment on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time. If my previous session runs late, and your appointment starts late, your session length will not be affected.
